Women across difference struggle to find common ground and forge authentic alliances needed to benefit our personal and professional lives. As women, bridging our many differences, we seek to fully engage our heads, hearts and spirits in service of creating our highest dreams. Learning how to build bridges capable of supporting these alliances and sturdy enough to traverse the rocky terrain of gender identity, race, age, affectional orientation, class and more is essential to us all. Our work will increase the power and influence of all women.

What we create among us, will transform the world.
