Susan M. Gallant
I have love in my heart, comprehension in my mind, and wisdom in my soul. I am highly intuitive, curious, compassionate, and an effective communicator.
Profile
Susan brings a natural curiosity, supporting her to ask important questions, confront truths, and have her voice be heard. She has a profound knowing that we create the world we live in, and have the power and discipline to transform it in order to achieve our highest personal and spiritual ambitions.
Coaching Philosophy
Leadership matters. And like leadership, coaching is an art and a science. Coaching is about regeneration. Its goal is to reunite one’s essential self with one’s authentic nature. It requires us to explore what can sometimes be painful truths. Coaching supports the synthesis of learnings from this exploration in order for us to let go of those things that no longer are necessary to one’s growth. Camus said, In the midst of winter, I discover in me an invincible summer. I always want a client to leave knowing they are in fact invincible, and infused with new energy.
