Bo Razak

I bring focus to our apparent chaotic world; I bring sense to our confusion; and purpose to our relationships — the essential element of our success.

Profile
Bo partners with leaders supporting their full development. He guides them to think, learn and act beyond self; to consider the dynamics of the interrelated systems of society, organization, and people, in relation to their authentic self.

Coaching Philosophy
Bo believes that we all are capable of tapping our full capacity through intense personal reflection and feedback, through being fully connected to one’s knowledge and heart. As a systems thinker, he works first to support the leader’s internal knowing of self - head, heart, and spirit. This internal work leads to the appropriate use of one’s power, courage and the ability to lead a productive, profitable, inclusive, and principled system. Bo believes leadership is an art sustained with integrity and carried out with discipline and care. The work of effective leaders is to create objectivity about oneself, compassion for others, and direction for the system.
